What is it: M4 Estriol Face Cream is a clinically proven, fragrance-free, prescription, estrogen-based face cream we created specifically for perimenopausal and menopausal women. The active ingredient is topical estriol, which improves collagen production and helps to address signs of aging.
Full list of ingredients: estriol, C12 - 15 alkyl benzoate, caprylic/capric triglycerides, cetyl alcohol, ethylhexylglycerin, glycerin USP, glyceryl stearate, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl, a taurate copolymer, oleic acid, olive oil, PEG-100 stearate, phenoxyethanol, polymethylsiloxane, purified water, stearic acid, trolamine NF, and vitamin E acetate.

- Can I use M4 Estriol Face Cream with other forms of hormone treatment?+
Yes. You can use M4 Estriol Face Cream safely with MHT and vaginal estrogen, since it is not systemic and therefore not absorbed by your bloodstream.
- What is tretinoin and why is it prescribed?+
Tretinoin is Vitamin A-derived skincare. It can be used to treat acne, fine wrinkles, dark spots, and rough skin. It works by speeding up cell turnover.
- Do I need progesterone?+
Because M4 Estriol Face Cream is not systemic MHT, you do not need to take progesterone while using it. If you’re already taking progesterone, it’s totally fine to use them together!
- Is M4 Estriol Face Cream eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement?+
Yes! Medications prescribed by a licensed provider are eligible to be paid for or reimbursed by your HSA or FSA. Your invoice is available to download and include when you submit to your plan for reimbursement. If you require more information, please contact us at support@myalloy.com and we will assist you.
