Dr. Maria Molina is a board-certified OB/GYN and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience caring for women at every stage of life. She served over two decades in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, retiring as a Colonel, where she provided comprehensive women’s health care and led major initiatives to improve medical and patient education.

Throughout her career, Dr. Molina has been passionate about helping women better understand their bodies and feel confident in the healthcare decisions they make. She has cared for thousands of patients in both clinical and academic settings and has extensive experience supporting women through midlife health transitions, including menopause.

In addition to her work with Alloy, Dr. Molina serves as the OB/GYN consultant to the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Medical Services, advising medical teams at U.S. embassies around the world on women’s health care.

She believes that good healthcare starts with listening, education, and evidence-based guidance so women can feel informed, supported, and empowered in their health. She especially enjoys helping women navigate midlife changes with clear information and practical solutions so they can feel their best and continue doing the things they love.
