She completed her OB/GYN residency at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, New Jersey in 2018, and was selected as Chief Resident. She pursued an AAGL Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery with a focus in chronic pelvic pain at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Upon completion of her fellowship in 2020, she joined the faculty at Rowan-Virtua University School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Spivack is passionate about caring for patients with chronic pelvic pain conditions. During her fellowship, she acquired the tools to care for these patients, many of whom had been struggling for years with unrelenting and undiagnosed pain. She finds it immensely rewarding to care for patients through active listening, appreciating the immense impact of pain on their lives, and offering treatment options in the form of medication(s) and/or surgery. After fellowship, she committed to becoming an expert in sexual medicine as well as perimenopause/menopause medicine as she saw the immense need for evidence-based care in this population and recognized the lack of education she received in her residency.

Dr. Spivack is also passionate about about caring for transgender patients, specifically as it relates to treating chronic pelvic pain and performing gender-affirming surgeries.
