Application review

Every application is read by a human. We look for genuine fit and curiosity about the problem space.

Introductory call

A conversation with our recruiting team about your background, with room for your early questions.

Hiring manager interview

A deeper conversation about how you think and what draws you to Alloy's mission.

Assessment

You may receive a prompt or case study. For creative roles, this may be a portfolio review instead.

Team interviews

You'll meet several people you'd work closely with. Expect a real conversation, not an interrogation.

Co-CEO interview

Every candidate meets at least one of our co-CEOs before an offer is made.
